No Live Video Streams
Unitify Football is not a streaming service. We do not host, embed, retransmit, sell, or provide unauthorized access to live match broadcasts, highlights, pay-per-view feeds, television channels, or copyrighted video streams.
Fair Use Sports Metadata
The site may reference club names, competition names, match timing, sample scores, public fixture metadata, statistical indicators, and analytical commentary for identification, education, research, commentary, and planning. Third-party trademarks and data rights remain with their respective owners.
Submitting a DMCA Notice
Send notices to contact@unitifytool.com with: your legal name, contact details, identification of the copyrighted work, the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notification
If you believe removed material was taken down by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your contact details, the removed URL, a consent-to-jurisdiction statement where legally required, a good-faith statement, and your signature.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Where applicable, Unitify Football may restrict access to users or contributors who repeatedly submit infringing content or abuse the reporting process. Fraudulent notices may create legal liability.
